Billing Panel Login and Games Panel Login

The Billing panel login is different from the Games panel login. The user logs into the Billing panel to access the client area and account settings, while logging into the Games panel allows the user to configure and manage their server control panel.

The Games panel login is sent by email after purchasing a server.

Billing Panel Forgot Password

Step 1. From the MelonCube Billing panel login page, click Forgot Password?.

Step 2. Input the Email Address used for the Billing panel and click Submit.

Step 3. Open the email to get the reset password link.

Step 4. Submit the answer to the security question. The security question was set upon account creation.

Note: If the security question has been forgotten, email support@bisecthosting.com for help.

Step 5. Enter a new password and click Save Changes.

Step 6. Use the new password to log in to the Billing panel.

How To Reset Two-Factor Authentication on the Billing Panel

Step 1. Log in to the MelonCube Billing panel.

Step 2. From the Hello, [Name]! dropdown, select Security Settings.

Step 3. Under Two-Factor Authentication, press the Click here to Disable button.

Step 4. Enter the current Billing panel password.

Step 5. Choose Disable Two-Factor Authentication.

Games Panel Forgot Password

Step 1. From the MelonCube Games panel login page, click Forgot Password?.

Step 2. Input the Email Address used for the Games panel and click Send Email.

Step 3. Open the email to get the reset password link. If the email does not show in the Inbox, check the Spam box.

Step 4. Enter a new password and click Reset Password.

How To Reset Two-Factor Authentication on the Games Panel

Step 1. Log in to the MelonCube Games panel. 

Step 2. From the Account settings tab on the top right, choose Account.

Step 3. Under Two-Step Verification, press the Disable Two-Step button.

Step 4. Enter the current Games panel password and choose Disable.
