MelonCube provides free transfers for Minecraft servers hosted with other hosts. All files, including worlds, plugins, and config files, are moved so that the server is exactly the same as on the old host.
Please submit a support ticket with the old FTP details (Host, Username, Password, Port) and request that the old files be transferred to the new server using MelonCube.
