How To Install Farsight on a Minecraft Fabric Server
Step 1. Download the following files with the matching Minecraft Fabric version:
Step 2. Minimize the downloads folder to use later in the tutorial.
Step 3. Open the local Minecraft Fabric installation directory. Each launcher will have different installation directories.
Step 4. Go to the mods folder.
Step 5. Drag and drop the downloaded files from Step 4 here.
Step 6. Launch Minecraft.
Step 7. From the main menu, press Quit Game.
Step 8. Return to the local Minecraft Fabric installation directory.
Step 9. Open the config folder.
Step 10. Choose farsight.json.
Step 11. Next to "maxRenderDistance":, input the preferred distance.
Step 12. Save the farsight.json file.
How to Prepare Farsight on a Minecraft Fabric Server
Step 1. Log in to the MelonCube Games panel.
Step 2. Stop the server.
Step 3. Go to the Config Files tab on the left and select Server Properties.
Step 4. From the View Distance field, enter 5.
Step 5. Start the server.
