This error usually indicates that the server ran out of RAM, there may be a problem with the server, or the server may just need a package upgrade. -
"Out of disk space" or "Failed to adapt server configuration"
This error indicates that there is a problem with one of our nodes. Please report it by opening a support ticket. -
"IllegalArgumentException: Too big view radius"
This error means that the view distance in server.properties is above Minecraft's max15, lower it below this level. -
Plugin isn't loading or plugin doesn't show up
Be sure to look for plugin errors when the server starts! Read what the error message says and fix if possible. -
Failed to check session lock
Failed to check session lock errors can occur randomly and usually begin with this line:net.minecraft.server.WorldConlictException: Failed to check session lock, aborting. It will cause the server to crash. The fix for this is to simply navigate to the world folders and delete thesession.lockfiles in them, then restart the server. -
JSON - Exception in server tick loop
JSON - Exception in server tick loop is an error message that can occur in a Minecraft server when there is an issue with some .json files. These are ops.json, usercache.json, and whitelist.json specifically. Deleting these files and starting the server back up to recreate them will resolve the issue.
