Although there are recommended maximums for the number of plugins that can run on each Minecraft server plan, different plugins use different amounts of RAM. The more plugins installed, the fewer players the server can handle without noticeable lag. If users find that their server is using all its RAM, consider upgrading it.

Vault: Common Dependency – it is a permissions, chat, and economy API that gives plugins easy hooks into these systems without needing to hook into or depend on each plugin. *Most plugins will need this.
ClearLagg: Optimization - It's made to remove all entities to prevent/clear lag. This plugin can help with server performance.
